One call /email and we can normally meet with you on site with 24 hours, we will attend on site “totally free of charge”, walk around the site and give you an honest assessment of the on site situation with regard to the presences of asbestos.
We will advise you on your responsibilities as a building owner or landlord under the Control of Asbestos Regulations (2006).
We will help you to set up measures to protect you, your staff and visitors to your site.
Remember that over 4000 people a year are still dying from being exposed to asbestos, most of these are now tradesmen, electricians, plumbers, alarm and fire engineers, carpenters, caretakers and site handymen who have inadvertently drilled into, broken or disturbed unknown asbestos in a building just like yours.
You have a duty under current legislation to protect all of those that come onto your site, from exposure to asbestos.

If asbestos is found and identified, GP Asbestos Services can provide a Full Removal or Encapsulation service to the Highest Standards. We have the in house skills to Design, Manage
and Undertake all types of Asbestos Projects.
Our philosophy is simple, we believe the essence of any successful project is based on three main elements, Design and Planning, Contract Management and Site Supervision.
Design and Planning; On request we will visit your site “totally free of charge” and advise you of the way forward regarding the controlled removal or encapsulation of any type of asbestos.
Once appointed, we will assess the situation and produce a detailed Plan of Works which will include a Method Statement, Risk Assessment, Site Enclosure Plan and details of Waste Disposal.
Contract Management; We will appoint an experienced Project/ Contract Manager who will meet with the you, the Client and the CDM Planning Co-ordinator to discuss and agree the works.
Once underway they will meet regularly with the client and oversee all aspects of the Project from Pre-contract meeting, Site meetings, Completion and final Account.
Site Supervision; An experienced and qualified Site Supervisor will be appointed to attend on the site throughout the duration of the project, they will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the operatives, regular site checks, site record keeping, also liaising with the Contracts Manager and Clients Site Representative.

"We had a huge problem with Pigeon Droppings along with Asbestos Works at The Union Building in Aldershot, which in itself is a Grade II listed building dating back to the 17th century, with numerous planning issues attached to it. We called in GP Asbestos, who removed all of the Pigeon Guano under fully controlled conditions and negative pressure, along with successfully removing the asbestos. GP Asbestos carried out all of the work successfully and without any damage to this fragile old building. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them for this type of work to anyone who is looking for a professional and safe job.
